Commission is payable by the client as follows:

When the Debtor makes payment to either the Client or DRG.

When good have been returned for credit or have been repossessed.

When our client and debtor agree to any settlement by way of a contra agreement.

Where the Legal System, ie. Judge or Disputes Tribunal, rule that an account is to be reduced and/or dismissed, Commission is payable on the full debt.

Litigation is a useful tool in the process of recovery of your debts. At times it is necessary to use it to either persuade or make a debtor pay. The majority of legal expenses will be added to the debtor's account as per the District Court Rules. Debt Recovery Group (NZ) Ltd will charge you Court disbursements as per page 3 and an account will be forwarded at the end of each month. All legal fees must be paid by the Client no later than the 20th of the month following. Court awarded expenses will be reimbursed to you as they are recovered from debtors unless there is an amount still owing to Debt Recovery Group (NZ) Ltd.
Annual Subscription
Covers review of your Terms & Conditions of Trade, to ensure that thay are in accordance with Current New Zeland Legilation which can be of assistance in your Credit Management procedures. All letters and phone calls. Cost $57.50 pa.
Debt Recovery Group (NZ) Ltd may alter its Terms & Conditions of Trade by notification through its monthly newsletter.
