COMPANY BACKGROUND
Debt Recovery Company was founded in Papakura by Quentin Rutherford in 1959.

Gilbert Chapman bought the company in 1990 and has since built up the company from about 100 clients to currently well over 2,000. This growth has been supported by a parallel commitment to developing one of the latest computer system for Debt Collection throughout New Zealand and from overseas.
