Terms & Conditions of Trade

  1. Payment by 20th of the month after receipt of invoice.
     
  2. That our first payment will be for and/or inclusive of the Annual Subscription fee of $56.25
     
  3. Any cost incurred in the collection of overdue accounts is payable by the client.
     
  4. We have read and accept the attached conditions of trade.
     
  5. Penalty interest will be charged on late payment of accounts at the rate of 24% per annum.
     
  6. The purchaser consents to Debt Recovery Group (NZ) Limited collecting any information as may be required to evaluate my/our credit worthiness.
 
 
I hearby indemnify the payment of all monies owing to Debt Recovery Group (NZ) Limited. No limit of time will release me from this commitment.
